Rt. Rev. Richard Moth is the Bishop of Arundel and Brighton, and formerly Catholic Bishop of the Armed Forces. Within the Bishop's Conference of England and Wales, Bishop Richard also has responsibility for Prisons and for Mental Health. He has long been an Oblate of Pluscarden, having been a regular visitor since his seminary days.
